People David Haddow Joint Managing Director David is responsible for our operational activities with particular remit for construction, safety and sustainability. He ensures that our resources are never overstretched and are fully supported from Head Office to sites. David also continues to take a hands on role within individual projects as necessary as well as a strategic role in developing the business. Rod YoungJoint Manging Director Rod is responsible for all commercial activities surrounding the company and guiding all our staff to find best value with timely accurate cost control services to clients and their project teams. Rod will also take directorial responsibility for certain individual projects as well as a strategic role in developing the business. Graham Kelly Director Graham has a wealth of experience that he takes to client teams at all stages of the life of their projects. His principal responsibilities are for client liaison, quality, best practice and innovation to ensure that Thomas Johnstone Limited stays at the leading edge of our industry. He also represents the company on trade bodies and associations. Graham will also take directorial responsibility for certain individual projects. Graeme Alexander Group Chief Executive Officer Graeme is Chairman of Thomas Johnstone Limited, guiding the Board towards operational excellence. He is Chief Executive of the parent company, Thomas Johnstone (Holdings) Limited, looking after it’s interests, including Lareine Engineering Limited and properties. Graeme is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has many years’ experience in private practice and contracting which he uses to assist the TJL team. Tom Green Financial Director Tom heads our finance and admin team as Financial Director. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and prior to joining Thomas Johnstone had over ten years’ experience working for three of the top FMCG companies in the world. He also looks after our Holdings company.
