The team were extremely efficient, and understanding towards the sensitivity of some of the areas in which they were working. I can commend the team on the workmanship, attitude on site, and the final result.
This project consisted of the refurbishment of research labs, PI offices, auto clave wash up areas, insectaries and cell culture rooms on levels 1 to 4 within the Davidson Building at the University of Glasgow.
Works included detailed M&E package with new AHU, chiller, VRV air conditioning units, close control air systems, ventilation, safety cabinets, fume cupboards, cold rooms, dark rooms, microscope rooms and new lighting schemes. All refurbished areas included the installation of new flooring, ceilings, doors, ironmongery, lab/office benching and furniture.
Our project team was responsive to client needs, adopting a flexible approach to ensure that the rooms for highly sensitive areas, such as tissue and cell culture, could remain functional throughout the duration of the project.
