Following a number of successful years working with Abbey National and their Scottish property portfolio, we were successful in transferring ours services to Santander following their purchase of the business. Awarded the largest proportion of their re-branding of the Bradford & Bingley branches during 2009, and subsequently the Alliance & Leicester portfolio in 2010, we have extensive experience in conduction full and partial branch refurbishments within tight timescales and located throughout the UK. Our exceptional performance on these contracts led to a client request for us to present to the other contractors on the working and management systems employed in meeting their exacting standards. Full rebrands were achieved in 11days, "light touches" in 7days, and the entire programme of 50 branches in 6months. We are presently involved in a variety of maintenance and improvement works on around 40 branches and are working with their project team on ‘green’ initiatives.
