The fit-out within this city centre store compromised of full mechanical & electrical installation with feature lighting, comfort cooling, feature gobo projectors and lift installation to stock rooms in basement and on upper floors. MF ceilings with feature raft details were installed. One of the main features within the store is the manufacture and installation of a feature glass staircase which leads to the mezzanine floor. Floor finishes comprise of real wood flooring within the shoe department and screed throughout all other areas. This project faced extremely tight timescales to allow the store to trade through the festive period, however costs remained within budget and the client was delighted with the end result.
