Ingliston Equestrian Centre

  • Sector : leisure
  • Client : Ingliston Equestrian Centre
  • Project : Salerno Suite
  • Value : £2,700,000
  • Duration : 48 weeks

This project involved the erection of a two storey steel frame and precast extension to the centre’s existing main arena. This provided a new ground floor reception foyer; toilet and kitchen facilities; 1st floor bar; fine dining and function suite. The 1st floor dining area extends out to the VIP viewing area.  High quality build and fit-out was required throughout to reflect the high standard of hospitality offered at the venue.  This included partitioning, mechanical and electrical installations, audio-visual, decoration, and floor finishes.  The bespoke manufacturing pieces ranged from faceted ash hardwood windows, to mock feature columns, bars and back gantry.  Coupled with magnificent artefacts from the Savoy Hotel London, this is a venue that should no longer be exclusive to the equestrians amongst us.
