The project consisted of the complete fit-out of the leisure facilities within the hotel including the strip out of the existing facility, structural breaking out of the existing pool, installation of the new pool area, as well as all underground drainage works.
Within the health and beauty spa works included new pad foundations; structural steel works; sand/cement screed floors; drylining partitions and Horlib decking. All fitted joinery units, vanities, reception desk and wardrobes were manufactured by our in-house manufacturing division.
In the reception area, manufactured glazed walnut dividing screens, doors and reception desk were installed.
