I knew of Thomas Johnstone through various retail projects and negotiated our first project at Princes Square which came to a very successful conclusion. We went to the market for the second project at Wellington Street which TJs won producing an excellent product. Following the successful completion of Fifi & Ally's first unit with Princes Square, we were brought in to deliver their second venture in Wellington Street. Working closely to meet the client's tight timescale and conscious of the budget restriction, we delivered a turnkey service, providing all fit-out works including integration and liasion with client direct elements. The new shell was fitted out in sequence, with our manufactured items being delivered to suit the programme, and we progressively assisted the client and design team in making optimised decisions in terms of aesthetic desires, buildability, durability, programme and budget.
