Creation of a modern and contemporary range of interactive installations for the new headquarters of BBC Scotland
Working from a broad client brief centered on the design development, manufacture and installation of unique visitor attractions for the main entrance foyer of their new HQ building for BBC Scotland, we were delighted to draw on all our in-house expertise to meet their expectations, and achieve their vision.
A combination of innovative interactive attractions were designed and manufactured to an exacting standard before being transported to location for installation. Items included circular interactive cinemas, circuit benches incorporating television artifacts from the 1940’s to 1990’s, “learn-about” tables, and a “Scotland Live” table with integrated touch sensitive screen.
Working to tight timescales, and a pre-determined budget, our success in satisfying the brief in terms of design, quality, and programme has led to an on-going relationship with this client, resulting in additional projects.
