This fast track project required the fit-out of an existing open plan office to create a new Head office facility for Applecross Developments. The works comprised new internal partitions, including frameless glazed partitions, new floor finishes including the installation of hardwood flooring. In addition there were substantial alterations to the HVAC, electrical and data systems.  Our manufacturing division produced a variety of bespoke joinery components which have helped enhance the overall ambiance of the project. This project was undertaken on an “Open Book” basis and resulted in the project being completed on time and under budget.
