This was a highly challenging project to fit-out the developers shell to create Scotland's largest and most stunning casino. We undertook all structural alterations, external glazed walling and terracotta cladding, internal partitioning, floor and wall finishes. Also undertaken in-house was the design and installation of the M&E services.
Our manufacturing division produced a wide variety of bespoke joinery items including, reception desks, seating booths & banquettes, feature screens, wall panelling, bar counters and gantries. In addition we manufactured and installed the stunning "wave" feature which is suspended from the ceiling and comprises of 22 walnut coated steel planks over a width of 14 metres which runs from the entrance lobby, to a height of 18 metres above the floor before "breaking". The wave has already been nominated for a number of design awards.
The Association of Interior Specialists awarded a Gold Judges' Awards for the wave in the 2008 AIS Contractors Awards.
