TJL undertakes a variety of small works projects for this client across their entire property portfolio. These projects can be undertaken directly to the client or through one of the main contractors. Typically works range from painting an external shop front to the full decorating of a branch and can include re-carpeting and replacement of existing suspended ceilings, joinery alternations and minor electrical works. Much of this work is undertaken outwith normal banking hours to ensure minimal disruption to trading.
