setting out

Our setting out team work with the very latest CAD technology, which together with their extensive experience in the manufacture of bespoke joinery products, enables them to work closely with architects and designers to ensure that design concepts become a reality.

manufacturing workshop

Our manufacturing workshop employs over forty highly skilled, motivated and experienced tradesmen, who produce a wide range of top-quality bespoke joinery items. Utilising hardwoods and modern sheet materials we also incorporate stainless steel, laminates, solid surfacing and glass in our products. In line with our environmental policy we consistently aim to use timber from sustainable and well managed sources, and the waste within our factory is ducted into a SEPA approved boiler which provides heating throughout the year.

The fully equipped machine shop includes the latest CNC machines, providing us with the capability to produce highly detailed and accurate results every time.

Our recently refurbished paint shop boasts three paint booths and state of the art catalytic paint drying and curing system. We minimise the use of solvents in all processes.

come for a tour

The synergy of such traditional craftsmanship, with the best available technology, and the continuous investment in our people makes our manufacturing workshop a centre of excellence.

We would like to extend an open invitation for you to experience the workshop in its fully operational splendour with a workshop tour. If you are interested, or would like more information, please contact John Calderwood our Manufacturing Manager.

ingliston equestrian centre

The manufacturing division was recently presented with the opportunity to provide a huge variety of items for the prestigious new hospitality suites at the Ingliston Equestrian Centre in Bishopton.

The numerous products ranged from faceted ash hardwood windows to mock feature columns, bars and back gantry. One of the principal pieces - the main bar, extends to over six metres in length and comprises a gentle sweeping curved centre section which is terminated at either end with cylindrical cabinets complete with perfectly curved doors. Exquisite bird’s eye maple veneer adorns the frontage, complimented with a contrasting dentil inlay and the whole structure is capped with a hardwood fluted apron and granite top. Although the CNC makes light work of the structure’s shaped components, we utilised our craftsmen’s skills throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality of the highest standard.
