Over the years, Thomas Johnstone has built up a reputation for consistently high quality work. Our clients began to realise that the full building service for a shell, followed by a high quality fit-out on a hotel, could equally apply to a house.

One bespoke quality home has led to another and our portfolio has grown to include multi-million pound new build homes and refurbishments of existing listed shells across the central belt of Scotland.

The personal care that we take for our clients has resulted in mutually enjoyable relationships with a strong desire on our part to continue with this type of work. Through repeated success, recommendations and referrals, we are delighted that agents for new clients are now involving us in their potential projects.

Along with our specialist subcontractors and suppliers, we can contribute our technical and management skills to provide a knowledge base and add value to team considerations such as lifetime costing, aesthetics, buildability, durability, programme and of course, budget. Our ability to work on an open book basis has also proved very attractive to the flexibility often needed in such projects.
